Serve with Joy
Every gift, every hour, every heart makes our parish stronger. Discover how you can serve and grow in faith.
Why Serve?
Volunteering in the parish is not just about giving — it is about receiving grace, building community, and discovering new gifts.
Serving at Mass, visiting the sick, or teaching children brings you closer to Christ in ways that transform your spiritual life.
Meet parishioners from every generation and background. The friendships formed in ministry often last a lifetime.
You may find talents you never knew you had — leadership, music, teaching, organisation, or pastoral care.
Every role, from welcoming visitors to maintaining our churches, helps create a parish where everyone feels at home.

Not at all. Most roles include full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your willingness to serve and grow.
Commitments vary by role — from a few hours per month to weekly involvement. You can choose a role that fits your schedule.
Absolutely. We encourage you to shadow an existing volunteer or try a role for a short period before making a longer commitment.
Yes! Altar serving is open from Year 5, and we have youth-specific ministries. Young adults are also welcome in all adult roles.
Life happens. All our volunteers are encouraged to take breaks when needed. We have a roster system that makes it easy to step back temporarily.
While most volunteers are parishioners, we welcome anyone who shares our values and wants to serve. A brief conversation with the coordinator is all that's needed.
